About Boligs

Boligs is a platform where private individuals can publish and find property listings and arrange viewings directly with each other.

Boligs is not an estate agent and is not a party to agreements or negotiations between seller and buyer. We do not broker the sale and are not responsible for the condition of the property, the information in the listings or the completion of a sale.

Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you must provide accurate information.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account. Contact us if you suspect misuse.

You can delete your account from your profile. We may close or restrict accounts that are used in breach of these terms.

Listings and content

When you publish a listing, it is your responsibility that:

• the content is truthful and lawful, and that you have the right to sell the property.
• you hold the rights to the photos, floor plans and documents you upload.
• the listing is not used for spam, misleading content or illegal material.

We may remove listings and other content that breaches these terms or appears misleading, and we may close accounts after repeated or serious breaches.

Viewings and bookings

Open houses and other viewings are arranged directly between the seller and interested parties. Boligs only handles the booking and is not responsible for whether a viewing takes place, is cancelled or goes as expected.

The seller can cancel a viewing, and a booking can be cancelled by the visitor. We send a notification by email.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights to the content you upload and grant us a licence to store and display it as part of the service.

The Boligs name, logo, design and code belong to Boligs and may not be used without permission.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep the site stable and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors.

We are not liable for the content of listings, for agreements between parties or for indirect losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes on the site or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes may be brought before the Danish courts.
